Sureste Asset management has over $400 million of multifamily assets in its portfolio. SAM focuses on delivering consistent and growing cash flow and distributions and improving NOI and value in the properties, while growing the portfolio through new acquisitions in value add where Sureste renovates and raises rents and NOI, and new developments in build to rent BTR markets which create new long term developments to address the supply shortage in quality rental homes, townhomes, and garden style units.
Sureste currently has over $ 600 million in new development under contract and plans to acquire an additional 2,000 units per year in value add for another estimated $ 200 million in initial value.
